Meet Our Staff

Dr Mark Schwarzbauer (Pastor Mark) accepted the position of Senior Pastor at Family Worship Center in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin and has joyfully serviced the church family since 1983. He is a learned man with a degree in Registered Nursing and in Behavioral Science., a Master of Arts in Theological Sturdies with a major in Pastoral Care/Counseling from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota and finally a Doctor of Philosophy in Nouthetic Counseling from Trinity Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana. He's also credited with establishing the Midwest's largest contemporary Christian radio station WPFF/KLOVE in addition to 10 translator stations.  He is the author of 40 Days Through the Gospel of John and soon-to-be-released 50 Days through the Book of Acts.

For fun he is an avid Master Scuba Diver and underwater photographer, guitarist, reader and builder of just about anything.  He still plays as a Registered Nurse, counsels people as Dr Mark.  If you ask what "work" he does the typical response is "I'm retired from broadcasting."  He doesn't see the rest as work... just playing and living out who God remade him to be.

Pastor Leah was born & raised in Green Bay & moved to the Madison area to attend UW. She met Chris in Madison and they have been married for over 26 years and been blessed with 3 teenagers whom they have homeschooled & also serve in the church. She has served in ministry for the past 20+ years in various aspects such as worship, youth ministry, teaching and prayer.  God relocated the family back to Northeast Wisconsin in late 2012 and Pastor Leah was credentialed in the Assemblies of God in 2016. Pastor Leah writes & teaches and is passionate about prayer & discipling believers helping each discover their divine gifts & calling, activating them in fulfilling service for the Kingdom of God. Creative pursuits and design are her language and you can most often find her up to her ears in design projects, or in the great outdoors wandering, kayaking, or reading under a tree.

Pastor Craig, his wife Carrie, and their four children live on a small vegetable farm just outside Sturgeon Bay. They joined the Family Worship Center team last fall, 2021. Clay (19), Grace (16), Callie (14) and Clint (8) are all active in serving the church on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Pastor Craig believes the developmental years of children are a critical time to begin a faith journey, receive Jesus, and develop a Christian lifestyle that honors and glorifies God. He is committed to teaching children to know and obey their Bible, talk to Jesus like He’s a best friend, and to enjoy the awesome promises that God gives to His children.
